How do I book an appointment?

Do I need to be an existing patient of Medical on Burleigh?
No, we would love to introduce you to the incredibly diverse professionals! Please feel free to book an appointment today.
Do you have parking?
Yes we sure do! We have a huge free, flat-leveled parking lot.
Do I need a referral?
Not if it’s an appointment with one of the GP’s for a regular consultation.
If you are booked in for a Medicinal Cannabis consultation, you will need to bring a referral from your regular GP or Specialist.
This may also be required for psychology, physiotherapy, speech, hand or occupational therapy.

Behaviour?
We are all entitled to calm non-threatening behaviour, even when upset. At Medical on Burleigh, we love our employees, families, elders, patients & professionals that are in our rooms & request all behaviour is in line with healthy respect at all times.
If not, we cannot continue any form of relationship & will part ways.
Appointments:

Life – threatening emergencies are not for online bookings. Dial 000.
Appointments are always preferred, as accommodating patients without one can often be very difficult.
If you require more time at your next visit, please advise our admin crew so suitable time can be given to you or your family.
Billings:
Every professional dictates their billing procedures.
Some choose to bulk bill children under 16 years of age & aged pensioners. Others do not. DVA card holders are historically billed directly to DVA.
Please send us an email, or call administration if you have any queries about about. specific professionals fees.
After Hours & Emergency:
In the case of life-threatening emergency call the ambulance on 000.
All other after-hours issues (after 6pm) that are non-life threatening, contact National Home Doctor Service on 137425.
